Lt. Petar Tates Gender: Male Description: 40's, 6'7", VERY muscular. Seems younger than he actually is and loves jokes. History: Lt. Tates was a naval officer for the North in the American Civil War. Once the war was over, he retired to be the first mate of his uncle's ship, the navigator. Despite his military background, he loves jokes and never passes up the opportunity.
